WERAU is beginning a new competition, our first Online Art Competition. Maybe you’ve always dreamt of being an artist, or you have a hidden talent, you’ve never tapped into! Bring your passion, show the world what your passion for ART!

The competition aims to motivate artists (especially students) in Australia and the world (ASEAN etc.), to share their culture with the world, through creating beautiful online art. The competition will start on the 20th of November, 2021, with the final date for submission being the 19th of March, 2022. Participants will compete as individuals and battle it out to become world champions!

Who are the participants?

The event is open to all artists, which means anyone can join! Doesn’t matter about your skills, if you love art, you can demonstrate your skill and create a masterpiece. So come and achieve your goal! You will compete with people from different countries and even develop long lasting friendships.

Why should I join?

  • The competition welcomes people from around the world, in any age groups, everyone has a chance to unleash their passion and love for art.
  • The competition is creative – participants can create their artworks in a variety forms. Such as drawing on paper, making online 3D art, videos and more.
  • People who join this competition will strengthen their art skills and develop their creativity.
  • Your artwork will be shown to the world — in our art exhibitions, on social medias, etc. You will have the opportunity to bid on artwork too or even sell your own. 

What do I need to participate?

All you need is the following:

  • Access to 2021 Competition platform and Art Brief
  • Registration form
  • School student participation permit from school


How to register for the competition?

There are two ways to register for the competition:

  • Register as an individual artist
  • Register as group artists

Notes:

School students should register under their schools. Therefore, Teachers will collect all the information of the participating students and then register the competition with us, under the name of the school.

Those who are non-school affiliated individuals including University students, should register themselves. However individuals need to receive approval from us to finalize their registration.

How to submit my artworks?

Where?

This is an online competition and therefore, participants need to submit their artworks through our Online Art Competition platform – mindfly.art

What?

The artworks that can be submitted varies — drawings, 2D/3D arts, handcraft, videos, etc.

How?

You can upload your artworks into the platform via images (e.g. jpg, png, STL), video or audio formats (e.g. MP4, MP3).

Sign up, in either the individual artists or group artists category.

For school students, your school should help arrange this, if they have already registered, simply sign up and fill out your school in the register form.

If your school has not registered, or you are competing without a school, please reach out to us so that we can confirm you will have access to the necessary equipment for the competition.

Upon confirming RSVP we will send through the remittance.

The competition will be held on the 20th of November 2021 until 19th of March 2022, which should provide ample time for you to prepare for the competition!
